Advance Nannies would like to thank you for your inquiry regarding our company. Our specialty is providing exclusively live-in child and elderly care providers. We recognize that we are not the only agency providing nannies, however we do feel that we are one of the few companies that truly cares about the placement of a nanny before, during and even after the placement. Our staff has worked with thousands of families and nannies throughout the years. This means we have the capability to help you secure a successful placement in a timely manner. Should a problem arise we have the expertise to be able to handle the situation in a professional manner.

The salaries for these caregivers can range from $300.00 per week to $1,200.00 per week. However the average salary is between $300-600 per week. Advance Nannies encourages open and frequent communication, which is critical for a successful placement. A written work agreement is provided for family and nanny to fill out. In addition when the caregiver begins working in your home Advance Nannies will do check-up phone calls to both on a regular basis during the in initial sixty days of employment.

Advance Nannies provides complete and extensive references for your review. Should the nanny or family encounter a problem, our professional staff is available for counseling. In order to facilitate a successful placement we will need you to fill out the enclosed application, which gives us, detailed information about you and your family. With this information in hand we then begin the process of matching families and nannies. Along with this application we will need a $100.00 application fee which is good for one year from the date of receipt. The placement fee for a Nanny is $2,400 which is due upon telephone acceptance of the individual. We have a limited one year guarantee which begins the day your nanny arrives in your home.
